Every new judgment, in one place

What The Daily Digest is & how to use it

Why it exists

Courts deliver dozens of judgments a day. No busy lawyer can read them all.

The Daily Digest reads them for you. Each new judgment gets a short summary with its bench, outcome and ratio, the point of law it decides.

Skim the day in minutes. When a judgment matters to your practice, open the authentic original and download it from the same page.

Common questions

How often is it updated?

Daily. Each day's update covers judgments delivered seven days earlier. Courts often upload judgments days after delivering them, so this gap ensures nothing is missed.

Can I rely on the summaries?

Summaries are generated automatically to help you decide what to read. They can contain errors. Always check the original before relying on or citing a judgment.

Are the judgments authentic?

Yes. You get the court's own published document, unchanged.
